Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is different from traditional Swedish or relaxation massage in that it is more helpful to those with pain or discomfort.
Therapeutic massage utilizes various techniques including myofascial release, trigger point release, and various stretching techniques to alleviate discomfort.
Whether your concern is neck and shoulders or lower back, Erica can customize a massage to fit your needs. Additionally, her background as a Dental Hygienist allows her to look at certain issues, such as TMJ dysfunction, from a different perspective.
A 60-minute massage is best for those who would like a full body massage with one area of concern, or for a targeted upper or lower body massage.
A 90-minute massage is best for clients who would like two or more areas targeted (for example, hip as well as neck and shoulders), or for those who prefer a firmer pressure massage.
